About IDHR
A team of experienced human resources professionals who previously provided services for a division of a prominent regional benefits consulting firm came together in 2023 to form Intentionally Different Human Resources Consulting, or IDHR. IDHR Consulting is a stand-alone firm focused exclusively on providing unique and outstanding human resources solutions to clients.
With expertise in all areas of Human Resources, the IDHR Consulting team serves companies across a wide range of industries, ranging in size from small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises. When you partner with IDHR, your organization can support, enhance, or completely outsource HR functions.
Our experienced HR team can help fill any gaps you may have through a broad suite of service offerings. We start with an employee’s first day on the job and follow them throughout their time with your company.
